On-Campus Residences [EduCHI Rates]
EduCHI 2026 organizers have secured discounted room rates for attendees at three University of Toronto residence buildings.
- The EduCHI rates for Chestnut Residence and Knox Residence are only valid until April 10, 2026. The EduCHI rates for Oak House are valid until April 17, 2026.
- After these dates, on-campus stays can still be booked through Stay at UofT, but no discounts will apply.
Chestnut Residence
89 Chestnut Street (800 m / 10 min walk to venue)
Conveniently situated in downtown Toronto near the Eaton Centre, offers easy access to the heart of the city. Rates include full breakfast in the residence dining hall.
- Single Room with 1 double-sized bed, private bathroom: $183-215 CAD + 13% Tax per room per night
- Double Room with 2 double-sized bed (max 2 persons), private bathroom: $213-245 CAD + 13% Tax per room per night

Located within the University of Toronto’s St. George Campus, provides traditional dormitory-style accommodations immersed in the vibrant university atmosphere.
- Single Room with twin-sized bed and shared traditional dormitory-style bathroom on each floor: $70 – 90 CAD + 13% Tax per room per night

- 2-Bedroom Unit with 1 double-sized bed in each bedroom, sharing a private bathroom: $224-298 CAD + 13% Tax per room per night
